My 4HWW Tools: Gatejumper
I’ve decided to kick off a new “series” on this site, to go along with other ones you’ll see here (30-Day Challenge, Bits & Pieces, 4-Hour Workweek Review, Quick Tips). My 4HWW Tools will explore both online and offline tools to help you in your quest to redesign your life, start up or optimize your muse/business, or otherwise improve your life.
During my regular blog browsing today, I stumbled across Gatejumper. Here’s a bit of information straight from their site:
Gatejumper is a community for people who build web-based businesses.
It’s a place where you can ask and answer questions that will help you and the other community members build more successful online businesses.
Getting a web-based business up and running isn’t always easy. It’s even harder to make a business succeed online and to earn a living from it. The goal of Gatejumper is to build a community where people help each other with whatever it takes to make our online businesses successful.
Any questions about building an online business are welcome here. Some of the topics you’ll find include:
- product development
- search engine marketing and SEO
- social media
- visual design
- website development
- web technologies
- What types of businesses can be started for under $100?
- Any experience on using virtual assistants?
- Am I crazy to think I can make money from blogging?
The site is still in a beta testing phase, but there already seems to be some decent discussion there. Check it out sometime.
